Winemaker's Notes

Blended from three different Sangiovese vineyards. The Hill Country Sangiovese was dark and tannic, whereas the High Plains Sangiovese was lighter with bright red fruit and light tannins, creating an excellent complementary blend. Aged 24 months in neutral French oak.
